About the position
As a factory worker in our cheese production team, you help prepare large blocks of Gouda cheese for the supermarket. It’s physical work, – you’ll be trained to work safely and efficiently.
Your tasks:
- Move blocks of cheese (max. 15 kg) to your workstation with an EPT
- Use modern machines to remove the outside of the cheese
- Keep your area clean and organized.
- Work in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
Work times 3 shifts
- Morning: 06:00 – 14:00
- Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:00
- Night: 22:00 – 06:00
What we offer
- Fulltime work in 3 shifts
- Gross hourly wage €18,16 excluding shift allowance + an hourly bonus if you perform well
- Shift allowances: 130% (18:00 – 22:00) and 140% (22:00 – 06:00)
- 8% holiday allowance and 20 + 4 vacation days included in your flex budget
- Temporary contract via Start People with the prospect of a permanent position
- Travel reimbursement from 10 km
- The possibility to get a permanent contract

Job Requirements
- You can lift 15 kg without problems

- You have your own transport to Kaatsheuvel
