About the position
As a logistics employee at Geodis, you help keep the logistics process running smoothly. You work accurately, enjoy physical tasks, and have experience in logistics activities such as picking, packing, EPT driving, forklift or reach truck operation, or all‑round warehouse work. You will first start in Venlo to learn all processes and receive full training. After this training phase, you will continue your work in the new warehouse in Horst, where you will contribute to building and optimizing daily operations.
Your tasks are varied and suited for experienced logistics professionals. They include:
- Picking, checking, and processing orders.
- Operating EPT, forklift, or reach truck, depending on your experience.
- Performing all‑round warehouse activities.
- Carrying out physical tasks such as lifting, walking, and moving goods.
- Contributing to an efficient and safe logistics workflow together with your team.

Job Requirements
We are looking for experienced logistics employees who know how a warehouse operates. You meet the following criteria:
- At least 1–2 years of logistics experience.
- Experience with EPT, forklift, reach truck, or all‑round warehouse tasks.
- Physically able to lift and walk throughout the day.
- Good English communication skills.
- Able to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
- Own transportation (public transport is not an option).
