About the position
As a factory worker in our IBC production department, you will contribute to the manufacturing of industrial containers that are used by businesses worldwide. This role is hands-on and physically active, ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, assembling components, and solving mechanical challenges. You’ll work in a structured 5-shift rotation, ensuring a steady rhythm and regular weekdays off, while being part of a supportive and efficient team.
What You Will Do:
- Assemble: steel pallets and frames for large industrial containers.
- Prepare: and finish metal components and parts to meet production standards.
- Inspect: products to ensure they meet strict quality requirements.
- Troubleshoot: minor mechanical issues alongside your team.
- Maintain: a clean, safe, and organized workstation.

- Available for a structured 5-shift rotation schedule.
- Communicate effectively in Dutch and/or English (minimum B1).
