About the position
As a factory worker at Uniekaas in Kaatsheuvel, you’ll be part of a team that upholds the rich tradition of the Netherlands’ oldest cheese brand. Your role is essential in ensuring the production process runs smoothly, contributing to the creation of high-quality Gouda cheeses that are enjoyed worldwide. Your responsibilities include:- Handling cheese blocks weighing up to 15 kg with care and precision.
- Packing and labeling sliced cheese cubes for distribution.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborating with your team to keep the production process running seamlessly.
- Reporting any issues or irregularities to your supervisor promptly.
What we offer
- Earn €15.52 to €21.72 per hour
- Temporary contract with possibility of permanent
- Flexible working hours, minimum 24 hours/week
- Shift bonuses: Up to 130% evening, 140% night
- Travel allowance for distances over 10 km

Job Requirements
- Live near Kaatsheuvel and have your own transport.
- Speak Dutch and/or English fluently for effective communication.
- Willing to work in 1-, 2-, or 3-shift systems.
- Available at least 3 days per week for shift work.
- Physically capable of handling 15 kg cheese blocks regularly.
