About the position
What will you do?
As a Fashion Returns & Packing Operator, you will be working in the heart of the warehouse, handling returned clothing items and preparing new orders for shipment. You ensure that returned garments meet quality standards and help maintain a smooth packing and shipping process. Your attention to detail helps us deliver the best service to customers across Europe.
Key tasks:
Inspect returned clothing (e.g. jackets, trousers, tops) for damage, sizing, or wear
Conduct quality checks (zippers, stitching, tags, cleanliness, etc.)
Sort items for restocking or further handling if defective
Pick and pack fashion orders with care and accuracy
Scan items and update stock information in the system
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals

Weekly salary of €576 (based on €14.40 per hour, including ADV)
Full-time contract (32–40 hours per week)
Day shift: 07:00 – 16:00 (no night shifts)
Travel allowance up to €11.50 per day (from 10 km)
Temporary contract with the potential for permanent employment

Job Requirements
What do we expect from you?
Full-time availability (day shifts)
You live nearby and have your own accommodation and transport
Basic English, Dutch or German language skills
Previous logistics or warehouse experience is a plus
Interest in fashion and attention to detail
Willingness to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
Motivation to work and grow within a long-term position
