About the position
As a production employee at Uniekaas, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality cheese products that are enjoyed across the Netherlands and beyond. Working in a 3-shift system, you’ll take on a hands-on role that combines precision and physical activity. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, is comfortable with lifting tasks, and thrives in a dynamic production environment.
What You Will Do:
- Move blocks of cheese (max. 15 kg) to your workstation.
- Use modern machines to clean the edges of the cheese.
- Keep your area clean and organized.
- Work in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night).

- Base hourly wage: €17.23
- Evening shift bonus: +30%
- Night shift bonus: +40%
- Full-time hours: 38–40 per week
- Holiday pay (8%)
- Possibility of a permanent contract
Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and reliable production employee who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to contribute to our cheese production process.
- You can lift 15 kg without problems
- You’re available for 3-shift work (morning/afternoon/night)
- You have your own transport to Kaatsheuvel
- EPT experience? Great! No experience? We’ll train you
- Basic level of education and a hands-on mindset
