About the position
As a line lead at Abbott’s dynamic logistics center in Breda, you’ll play an important role in ensuring smooth production processes while maintaining the high-quality standards our global operations are known for. This position offers you the opportunity to lead a team, optimize workflows, and contribute to the preparation of medical nutritional products that make a difference worldwide. Your responsibilities include:- Starting your journey as a product finishing operator to gain hands-on experience with the team and processes.
- Sometimes you'll be working in line to support your team.
- Leading and managing a team of 6-10 operators, ensuring optimal task distribution and productivity.
- Conducting quality inspections and addressing product defects to uphold our stringent standards.
- Executing and optimizing work orders efficiently while adhering to planned schedules.
- Fostering a safe and high-performing work environment by promoting best practices and proactive problem-solving.

Job Requirements

- Fluent in Dutch or English
