As a logistic teamleader, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse in Venlo, ensuring that daily logistics processes run efficiently and effectively. You will lead a team of 25-50 employees, collaborating closely with other team leaders to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. With your analytical mindset and focus on process improvement, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for optimization while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Team leadership: oversee and guide a team of 25-50 employees, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination of daily tasks.
  • KPI reporting: provide accurate and insightful analyses of key performance indicators to your supervisor, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Process improvement: identify inefficiencies in operations and implement innovative solutions to enhance workflow and productivity.
  • Safety and quality: maintain a safe working environment and uphold high-quality standards across all logistics processes.
  • Employee support: motivate and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere.
You will work in dayshifts , 6:30-15:30 or 7:30-16:30 and 1 x in the 3 a 4 weeks from 11:00-20:00.

Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and analytical team leader who thrives in optimizing logistics processes and fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor.
  • Familiarity with KPIs and warehouse operations.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Interest in project management and process improvement.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of Hazardous substances and Quality management systems is an advantage.
