About the position
As a magazijnmedewerker ochtenddienst at GLS in Zwolle, you will contribute to ensuring that packages are processed efficiently and reach their destinations on time. In this role, you’ll work during the early hours, actively handling packages and collaborating with your team to maintain a smooth logistics process. Your physical strength, attention to detail, and adherence to safety guidelines will be key to your success.
What You Will Do:
- Unload: packages from trucks and containers to prepare them for sorting.
- Sort: packages based on their destinations to ensure timely deliveries.
- Load: and stack packages into trucks for efficient transportation.
- Perform: physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving packages safely.
- Support: with additional tasks like cleaning and organizing the workspace.

- Hourly salary of approximately €14.80 (excluding allowances).
- Temporary contract with the prospect of extension.
- Part-time role of 20 hours per week.
- 8% holiday allowance for additional financial support.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
- Fixed morning shifts, leaving your afternoons free.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a physically strong and motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- VMBO-level education or equivalent
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English
- Physically capable of performing active tasks
- Reliable, motivated, and hands-on attitude
- Flexible availability for morning shifts
