About the position
As a logistic employee in the evening shifts at GLS, you play an important role in ensuring that packages are processed accurately and efficiently. Together with your team, you make sure that customers receive their shipments on time. This is a physically active role where you’ll follow safety guidelines and contribute to the smooth operation of the logistics process. Your work directly impacts the quality and reliability GLS is known for.
Your responsibilities include:- Unloading packages from trucks and ensuring they are ready for processing.
- Sorting packages based on their destination.
- Loading and stacking packages into trucks for delivery.
- Performing physical tasks such as lifting and bending, with packages weighing up to 23 kg.
- Supporting with tasks like cleaning and organizing the workspace.
What we offer
- Salary: €14.80 per hour (excluding allowances). The salary is €16,10 when you work after 20:00 hours
- Temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
- Part-time role of approximately 24 hours per week with fixed evening shifts (16:00 to 20:30).
- 8% holiday allowance and travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a reliable and motivated logistics employee for evening shifts.
- Fluent in either the Dutch and/or English language.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 23 kg.
- Available Monday to Friday, 16:00 to 20:30.
- Motivated, dependable, and hands-on attitude.
- Able to get to the workplace independantly
