About the position
As a machine operator in the glass industry, you will contribute to creating high-quality glass products that are essential in modern construction and infrastructure. Working at Scheuten Glas in Venlo, you will operate and maintain advanced machinery in a 3-shift system. This role requires precision, teamwork, and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of products. What You Will Do:
- Operate: glass processing machines such as cutting and CNC machines, ensuring they run efficiently and safely.
- Set up: production parameters and adjust machines to meet specific product requirements.
- Inspect: the quality of glass products to ensure they meet high standards before delivery.
- Maintain: and perform minor repairs on machines to prevent downtime and maintain productivity.
- Collaborate: with your team to optimize production processes and create a safe working environment.

- A temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.

- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
- A bonus scheme that can add up to €2500 gross annually.
Job Requirements
