About the position
Je functie als operator packaging omvat het soepel laten verlopen van onze verpakkingsprocessen in onze productielocatie in Breda. Werkend in een drieploegensysteem, draag je bij aan het behalen van onze hoge kwaliteitsnormen. Met jouw technische vaardigheden en oplossingsgerichtheid zorg je voor een efficiënte werking van de machines, los je storingen op en pas je je aan veranderende productie-eisen aan. Samenwerking met collega’s en andere afdelingen staat centraal om een effectieve workflow te waarborgen.
Wat je gaat doen:
- Bedienen en instellen: van zowel automatische als handmatige verpakkingsmachines om een soepel proces te garanderen.
- Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren: en afwijkingen documenteren volgens de vastgestelde richtlijnen.
- Storingen oplossen: en kleine onderhoudstaken uitvoeren in samenwerking met de technische dienst.
- Productielijnen ombouwen: wanneer aanpassingen nodig zijn voor verschillende producten of verpakkingsbehoeften.
- Veiligheid en netheid handhaven: door te zorgen voor een veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving.
What we offer

- Gross monthly salary between €3500 and €3750.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role in a three-shift system (Monday to Friday).
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a motivated operator with technical skills and a proactive mindset to join our dynamic packaging team in Breda.
- Experience as an operator, preferably in packaging departments.
- Full-time availability in a three-shift system.
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English, spoken and written.
- Own transportation to our location in Breda.
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and team-oriented.
