About the position
- Collecting raw materials based on production recipes
- Accurately weighing and processing ingredients (up to ±30 per batch)
- Mixing and preparing materials for further production
- Operating and monitoring equipment
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace
- Following all safety and quality standards
- Actively cooperating with colleagues to maintain an efficient production process

- Gross salary of approximately €3,600 per month (including shift allowance)
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role (40 hours per week) in a 3-shift system.
- 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance for balance.
- 13 ADV days and a 13th month in a flex budget.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km for your commute.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented operator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced production environment.
- Minimum 3 years of production experience (food, pharma, process).
- Fulltime availability for a 3-shift system.
- MBO level 4 work and thinking ability.
- Physically fit; able to lift up to 20 kg.
- Independent, reliable, and comfortable working with strong scents.
