At our family-owned business in Nijmegen, we grow and process fresh bean sprouts — a delicate and fast-growing product that requires daily attention. We're looking for someone who understands how to work with machinery, values quality, and enjoys practical work in an agricultural production setting.
As a Production Operator, you’ll be directly involved in the daily cultivation and packaging of our sprouts. You’ll set up and operate machines for seeding, rinsing, harvesting, and packing, and step in with manual work when needed. You’ll help keep the process running smoothly, spot issues early, and work together with your teammates to meet daily targets. Your main tasks:

- Operating and adjusting machinery used in the growing and packing process
- Identifying minor technical issues and supporting basic maintenance
- Assisting with manual tasks like sorting, weighing, or packing when necessary
- Keeping your workspace clean and organized
- Monitoring product quality and working with care — sprouts are delicate
- Collaborating with a small, experienced team
What we offer
- A monthly salary between €2745 and €3260, based on your experience and skills.

Job Requirements
- You have experience in agriculture, horticulture, food production, or greenhouse work.
- You are technically skilled or mechanically inclined.
- You enjoy practical work and working with your hands.
- You are physically fit and able to handle an active job.
- You are proactive and can work both independently and in a team.
- You're flexible when needed.
