About the position
As a productiemedewerker, you will contribute to ensuring that medical nutrition products are accurately packaged and labeled. Working in a clean and organized environment, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of the production process. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a structured workflow. You will also use computer systems for labeling and scanning tasks, making basic computer skills essential.
What You Will Do:
- Repackaging: accurately repackage medical nutrition cans according to the provided guidelines.
- Moving products: handle and transport orders, including lifting products up to a maximum of 13 kilograms.
- Shift work: work in a 2-shift system.
- Computer tasks: use computer systems to print labels and perform scanning activities.
- Team collaboration: work closely with your team to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

- A gross hourly wage of €14.96;
- A 40% shift allowance for hours worked after 7:00 PM;
- A temporary contract;
- A full-time position of 40 hours per week;
- An end-of-year bonus of 8.33% calculated over all hours worked;
- 8.33% holiday allowance, paid out flexibly;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (from a minimum distance of 6 kilometers);
- Equal pay and benefits in accordance with the new collective labor agreement.
Job Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative production worker to join our team.
- Reside near Breda and have reliable transportation.
- Available full-time and flexible for 2-shift schedules.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work (up to 13kg).
- Proficient in Dutch or English communication.
- Willing to use computer systems for labeling and scanning.
- No make-up and no artificial or gel nails allowed.
