About the position
As a productiemedewerker, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our production lines in Waddinxveen. Working in a clean and organized environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our delicious products are made, packaged, and ready for distribution. You’ll have the chance to develop your skills, with opportunities to grow into roles like operator or improve your logistics expertise. Reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude are essential in this role.
What You Will Do:
- Operate: ensure the production machines run smoothly and efficiently.
- Replenish: keep the production lines stocked with materials and ingredients as needed.
- Package: handle the packaging process, ensuring products meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot: address minor machine issues and escalate to colleagues or the technical team when necessary.
- Collaborate: work closely with your team to maintain a positive and productive atmosphere.

- An hourly salary of €14.97, with a raise after 26 weeks.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- A full-time role of 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Travel reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometer.
- Access to a secure bike parking and free car parking on-site.
- Weekly access to a well-stocked candy jar at work.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and reliable production worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork.
- Physically fit: able to lift and stand for hours.
- Enjoys working efficiently at a high tempo.
- Production experience is a plus, but not required.
- You have your own transportation towards the plant (bike or car).
