As a Production Employee, you will help produce and finish strong, durable plastic drums that are used worldwide. You will work in rotating shifts, and no two days are the same. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a smooth, safe, and high‑quality production process.

- Closing, finishing, and inspecting plastic drums
- Removing excess plastic
- Stacking and moving drums
- Performing quality checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

- 07:00 – 15:00
- 15:00 – 23:00
- 23:00 – 07:00

Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated Production Employee who values quality and safety, enjoys physical work, and fits well in a dynamic production environment.
You are/have:

- Physically fit and enthusiastic about active work
- Experience in a production environment (preferred but not required)
- MBO-level work and thinking
- Willing to work in rotating shifts
- Independent transport to Oosterhout
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English (minimum B1 level)
- A practical, hands-on mentality
