About the position
As a Production Packer, you play an important role in preparing Uniekaas products for shipment. You will work with various cheese products, check labels, maintain quality standards and support the packaging lines. With your help, the production process runs smoothly from start to finish.
Your responsibilities
- Packing sliced or block cheese and preparing it for dispatch
- Checking labels and ensuring product quality
- Keeping your work area clean and following safety guidelines
- Working together with your team to maintain steady production flow
You can work in a 2-shift or 3-shift system, depending on what suits your lifestyle.
- Shift TimesMorning: 06:00 – 14:00
- Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:00
- Night: 22:00 – 06:00

- 30% evening shift allowance (18:00–22:00)

Job Requirements
We are seeking a reliable and motivated team player who thrives in a structured production environment.
- Comfortable handling 15 kg cheese blocks regularly
- Speaks Dutch and/or English at B2+ proficiency level.
- Living near Kaatsheuvel, Tilburg or Waalwijk, or able to commute independently
- Willing to work in 2 or 3 shifts
- Available at least 3 days per week
