About the position
As a Returns Processing Associate, you are responsible for thoroughly inspecting returned products. You ensure that all items meet quality standards before they are restocked in the warehouse or sent back to the supplier. This involves checking not only for visible damage but also conducting detailed inspections based on specific control points.
Your Responsibilities:
- Returns Processing: Inspect returned jackets including winter coats, raincoats, and leather jackets for damage, incorrect sizing, or wrong deliveries. Ensure proper restocking or further handling.
- Quality Control: Guarantee that all returned jackets are in perfect condition, with close attention to size, color, zippers, and any defects.
- Teamwork: Work closely with your colleagues to ensure efficient processing of returns and smooth flow of goods.
- Safety: Follow safety regulations and contribute to a secure working environment.

Job Requirements
- Available to work at least 32 hours per week, preferably full-time in a day shift (07:00–16:00).
- Has own accommodation and reliable transportation.
- Proficient in English, German, or Dutch.
- Experience in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Interested in a long-term position with the potential for a permanent contract.
