About the position
As a teamleader logistic, you will contribute to the operational excellence and customer satisfaction at Geodis, a leader in the logistics sector located in Venlo. You'll face the exciting challenge of enhancing efficiency, fostering team motivation and collaboration, and ensuring the quality and safety of our processes. We're looking for someone with leadership experience, knowledge of KPIs and logistics processes, and proficiency in Dutch and English at a minimum B2 level. Your flexibility in process management and experience with new client implementations will be highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: guide a large team, overseeing all logistics processes and driving performance.
- Collaboration: work closely with colleagues and managers to streamline daily operations.
- Communication: promote and maintain effective team interaction, ensuring clarity and cohesion.
- Monitoring: track and enhance KPIs like employee productivity and order picking accuracy.
- Optimization: identify bottlenecks and implement improvements through automation and training.

- Monthly salary from €2918 to €3692 based on experience.
- Temporary contract until 31-12-2025 with a view to extension.
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
