About the position
As a welder (MIG/MAG), you will contribute to the production of high-quality trailers that are used worldwide. Working within our construction department, you’ll use your skills in MIG/MAG welding and technical drawing interpretation to ensure every component meets our stringent quality standards. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, safety, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do:
- welding: perform MIG/MAG welding on structural components according to technical specifications
- assembling: piece together parts to create complete trailers
- workspace management: maintain a clean and safe working environment, including the upkeep of tools and measuring equipment
- quality control: inspect your work to ensure it meets accuracy and quality requirements
- process improvement: contribute to optimizing our production processes

- Starting salary between € 3000 and € 3400 gross/month.
- Permanent contract with a top 100 production company.
- Full-time position of 40 hours per week.
- 38 days off annually (25 vacation days + 13 ADV days).
- Travel allowance of € 0.23 net per kilometer (>10 km).
- Day shifts (07:30 - 16:15) with modern techniques.
Job Requirements
We are seeking a skilled MIG/MAG welder who values precision and teamwork.
- Proven experience in MIG/MAG welding and reading technical drawings.
- Full-time availability for day shifts (07:30 - 16:15).
- Proficient in Dutch, English, or German communication.
- Own accommodation and willingness to travel if required.
- Team-oriented, eager to learn, and adaptable to change.
