About the position
As a welding robot engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our custom trailers are assembled with precision. Working closely with the construction, engineering, and production teams, you’ll bridge the gap between hands-on technical work and advanced automation. Your day-to-day will involve creating and optimizing welding programs, troubleshooting issues, and helping the robot adapt to new products. This is a dynamic role where your technical insight and problem-solving skills will directly impact the quality and efficiency of our production process.
What You Will Do:
- Developing: welding programs and adjusting them to fit custom trailer designs.
- Ensuring: the robot can accurately interpret and weld different products.
- Analyzing: issues in the welding process and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborating: with the engineering team to make new products compatible with the robot.
- Training: colleagues on how to set up and operate the welding robot effectively.

- Monthly salary between €4,100 and €4,600, based on experience.
- Direct contract with long-term stability.
- 40 hours per week in a part-time setup.
- 25 vacation days + 13 additional leave days (ADV).

Job Requirements
We are seeking a hands-on Welding Robot Engineer with a passion for technical innovation and problem-solving in a dynamic workshop environment.
- Experience in welding and construction work.
- Technical insight and ability to read technical drawings.
- Interest in robotics and automation processes.
- Affinity with computers; programming skills not required.
- Experience with Yaskawa or robot software is a plus.
