About the job

Do you want to work in a nice production company? Do you have ambitions to grow? Then you've come to the right place!

Together with the team you will work on making mattresses for our customer. We have different departments and many different activities.

The final mattresses are made from foam blocks. The blocks of foam come to you from different departments. In each department, the blocks of foam are individually processed a bit until they reach the last department and undergo a quality check. Among other things, you help the operator with operating the machines. You work in a team and you help the production line with the production of our mattresses.

Depending on what you want to do and what suits you best, we will find out which department is suitable for you.

The last department is called assembly and that's where all the finishing touches are done.
Example of what your going to do at assembly:

  • Building the mattresses by means of glueing different pieces together and making sure it is one whole mattress;
  • Ensure that the mattress gets an outer layer;
  • Putting a protective layer on the mattress;
  • Let the mattresses go through the quality check;
  • Help with internal transport.

About the company

Recticel is a major international mattress manufacturer. Recticel is located in Kesteren and is nearby Arnhem, Ede, Wageningen, Veenendaal, Tiel and Nijmegen.

Recticel produces its mattresses from A to Z all by itself. In addition to Recticel, we have our own foam factory where the foam is made and moved to the production factory. Recticel makes mattresses for many major brands, such as Jysk and BeterBed. At the location in Kesteren, they first 'foam' large blocks of up to 26 meters. These blocks are processed into mattresses across the various departments. The right items are collected in the warehouse to complete these mattresses. Think of mattress covers, pocket springs and labels that are glued to the mattresses.

At Recticel we have 5 different departments, which means that we also have many different functions. Think of operator, order pickers and forklift drivers.
As you have read before in Recticel we work with shifts. The morning shift is from 06:00 to 14:05 and the evening shift is from 14:05 to 22:10.
