About the position
As a montagemedewerker, you will contribute to the production of high-quality wooden frames, windows, and doors. You'll be part of a team that values craftsmanship and quality, using modern machines and techniques to deliver both mass production and custom-made products. Your role will challenge you to work independently and collaboratively, ensuring that each product meets our standards of excellence. Essential skills include attention to detail, problem-solving, and effective communication.
What You Will Do:
- Assembly: put together wooden components into complete frames, windows, and doors.
- Preparation: perform tasks in pre-assembly, readying products for the paint shop.
- Painting: apply various RAL colors to frames following established guidelines.
- Final assembly: complete the assembly of frames, windows, and doors, including fittings and hardware.
- Logistics: prepare assembled products for transport using modern machines and tools.

Job Requirements

- Experience or affinity with window and door production
- Work independently, accurately, and collaboratively
