About the position
As a cleanroom operator within the preparation team, you will contribute to ensuring the highest quality standards for parts and components used in advanced high-tech equipment. Working in a cleanroom environment, you will play a key role in supporting the assembly department by maintaining precision and adhering to strict procedures. This role requires attention to detail, discipline, and a commitment to quality, as well as the ability to work in a 2-shift system.
What You Will Do:
- Inspecting: receiving and checking incoming parts and components for quality and accuracy.
- Cleaning: using ultrasonic baths to clean and dry parts and removing weld discoloration on metal components.
- Packaging: carefully packaging finished products and preparing documentation for shipment.
- Following procedures: adhering to cleanroom protocols and quality standards to ensure consistent results.
- Collaborating: reporting products as ready, transferring them to the logistics team, and contributing ideas to improve processes and efficiency.

- A permanent contract (vast) after a successful trial period.
- Full-time position (38-40 hours per week) in a 2-shift system.
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance annually.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Cleanroom Operator who thrives in a high-tech environment and values precision and quality.
- Full-time availability and willingness to work in 2 shifts.
- Basic technical experience and ability to use basic tools.
- Ability to read technical drawings is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in English or Dutch.
- Own accommodation and transport, with a disciplined work ethic.
