About the position
As an operator in the clima room, you will contribute to the precise lamination of large glass panels in a cleanroom environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to operate computer-controlled machinery efficiently, and a proactive mindset to ensure smooth production processes. You’ll collaborate closely with your team to deliver high-quality laminated glass products while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
What You Will Do:
- Operate: computer-controlled machines to laminate glass panels with precision and efficiency.
- Monitor: the lamination process to ensure consistent quality and address deviations promptly.
- Report: any machine malfunctions or quality concerns to the foreman for swift resolution.
- Maintain: a clean and safe workspace in the clima room, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate: with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets effectively.
What we offer
- Earn a competitive hourly wage of €23.63, including shift allowance.
- Work an average of 31.5 hours per week in a 4-shift schedule, with a minimum of 32 hours per week but get paid for fulltime.
