About the position
As a CNC draaier, you will contribute to the production of high-quality components for our machines. You will work in a close-knit team where precision and collaboration are key. With your expertise in CNC turning and programming, you will ensure accurate machining processes while having the opportunity to expand your skills, such as learning Siemens CNC control or operating a milling machine.
What You Will Do:
- Execute: performing machining operations based on technical drawings with precision and care.
- Program: independently creating or adjusting CNC programs within the machine's control system.
- Inspect: conducting interim measurements and final checks to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify: recognizing deviations and taking appropriate actions to address them.
- Develop: learning new techniques, such as Siemens CNC control, and contributing to your personal growth within the company.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a precise and skilled CNC Turner with a passion for quality and technical excellence.
- MBO-level education or equivalent work and thinking level.
- Extensive experience in CNC turning and machining techniques.
- Knowledge of programming; Siemens CNC training is available.
- Strong ability to read technical drawings and work accurately.
- Proficient in Dutch, both spoken and written.
