About the position
As an operator in the clima room, you will contribute to the precise lamination of large glass panels in a cleanroom environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to operate computer-controlled machinery efficiently, and a proactive approach to maintaining smooth operations. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure the quality of laminated glass products meets the highest standards, while adhering to safety protocols and addressing any deviations promptly.
What You Will Do:
- Operate: computer-controlled machines to laminate glass panels with precision.
- Monitor: the lamination process to ensure quality and identify any deviations.
- Report: issues such as machine malfunctions or quality concerns to the foreman.
- Maintain: a clean and safe workspace in the clima room, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate: with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.

- Average of 31,5 working hours (fulltime) per week in a 4-shift schedule.
