About the position
As a process operator you are responsible for operating and monitoring the production equipment.

- Setting up and operating production machines such as process mixers
- Monitoring production parameters to ensure consistent quality
- Operating packaging machines in a clean production environment
- Performing quality checks by taking samples
- Identifying and solving technical issues when they occur

- Monthly gross salary: €4125 – €4375 (incl. shift allowance).
- Permanent contract after a successful probation period.
- Full-time role, 40 hours per week in a 3-shift system.
- 25 paid vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.
- Travel reimbursement up to 25 km one way.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a technically skilled operator who:
- Has experience as a process operator or production operator
- Has technical insight and can troubleshoot equipment
- Works accurately and follows hygiene and quality procedures
- Speaks English
- Is willing to work in a 3-shift schedule
- Lives in the Netherlands and has reliable transportExperience in food, chemical or agricultural production is an advantage.
