About the position
As a CNC turner, you will contribute to the production of high-quality machine components within a small and dedicated team. Your role involves precision machining, programming, and quality control, ensuring every part meets the required specifications. With your experience in CNC turning and programming, you will play a key part in delivering technical excellence while also having the opportunity to expand your skills, such as learning Siemens CNC controls or operating a milling machine.
What You Will Do:
- Executing: machining operations based on technical drawings with precision and attention to detail.
- Programming: independently creating or modifying CNC programs within the machine's control system.
- Inspecting: performing interim measurements and final quality checks to ensure all components meet specifications.
- Identifying: recognizing deviations and taking appropriate actions to resolve them effectively.
- Developing: learning new techniques, such as Siemens CNC controls, and contributing to your professional growth within the company.

- Salary between €3,800 and €4,600 gross per month.
- Permanent contract offering long-term job security.
- Full-time position of 38-40 hours per week.

Job Requirements
You take pride in your work, value precision, and are eager to keep improving your technical expertise. You recognize yourself in the following:
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner
- Familiar with CNC programming and motivated to master Siemens controls
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible
- Very good command of the English language (Dutch is a plus)
- You have your own accommodation and transport
