About the position
As a High-Tech Operator / Orbital Welder, you will play a key role in producing high-precision stainless steel components for international clients. You will work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom, handling both unique pieces and small series with care and attention. Using advanced welding equipment, you will program sequences, operate different welding heads, and ensure that every product meets the highest standards.

- Preparing and aligning components to guarantee precise results
- Applying purging and forming techniques to maintain superior weld quality
- Performing thorough quality checks on finished products
- Actively contributing suggestions to optimize processes and improve efficiency

- Competitive salary between €3,850 and €4,100 gross per month (based on 40 hours, including shift allowance)
- A full-time position with the prospect of a permanent contract
- Two-shift schedule (06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00)
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer

Job Requirements
We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented high-tech talent;
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience in precision-focused technical roles
- Experience in welding (preferably TIG or orbital) is highly desirable
- High attention to detail and consistent quality in your work
- Able to follow procedures meticulously while working independently
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- Proficient in English or Dutch
- Own accommodation and transport
