About the position
As a production employee, you will play a key role in creating sustainable raw materials for a leading player in the agricultural industry. Working in a clean production facility, you will ensure that quality, hygiene, and safety protocols are met at all times.Your main tasks will include:
- Supplying raw materials to the mixers
- Monitoring sterilization and inoculation processes in the cleanroom
- Operating and supervising packaging systems (bags of 2.5 kg)
- Monitoring and recording production parameters to guarantee quality
- Transporting packages internally with a trolley
- Keeping equipment and workspaces spotless through thorough cleaning
- This is a varied production role in 2 shifts in a cleanroom environment where quality comes first

Job Requirements
We want a motivated and reliable team player who’s ready to build a future with us:
- Experience as an operator or production worker (preferably in food or cleanroom)
- You are (almost) immediately available
- Technical experience is a big plus
- Flexible, solution-oriented, and structured in your work
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
- Willingness to work in 2 shifts (occasional day shift or future 3-shift flexibility is a plus)
- Own accommodation and transport
- Good command of the English language
