About the position
As an Production Operator, you help produce sustainable raw materials for a leading international company in the agricultural sector. You work in a clean and organized workplace where hygiene and safety are very important.Your work is varied — part of it is manual, and part of it involves operating machines. Together with your colleagues, you make sure that the production runs smoothly every day.Your main tasks include:
- Supplying raw materials to the mixers.
- Monitoring different steps in the production process in the cleanroom.
- Operating simple packaging machines and checking that bags are filled correctly (2.5 kg).
- Recording and checking production data to ensure quality.
- Moving finished products using a trolley.
- Keeping your work area clean and tidy every day.You work in a 2-shift system, in a small team where everyone helps each other and quality comes first.

- A starting salary of €3,466 gross per month (based on 40 hours, including 2-shift allowance and year-end bonus).
- 25 paid holidays and 8.33% holiday allowance per year.

Job Requirements
You are a reliable and motivated person who enjoys working in production and being part of a team. You like doing practical work and take pride in doing your job well.You bring:
- Experience as a production worker or operator.
- A hands-on mentality and attention to quality.
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (occasional day shift).
- Own accommodation and transport.
