About the position
As a factory worker at Mauser in Oosterhout, you’ll help produce top-quality industrial packaging, like plastic barrels and jerrycans, used by companies worldwide. It’s a physically active job in a clean, modern environment where safety and teamwork come first. Your tasks
Your tasks
- Assembling and sealing plastic containers to ensure they’re secure and ready for use
- Checking products carefully for quality and defects
- Stacking, wrapping, and organizing items for shipment
- Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and tidy
- Reporting minor issues or irregularities to your supervisor
What we offer
At Mauser in Oosterhout, we value hard work and dedication and we make sure you’re rewarded for it:
- Monthly salary between €3,100 and €3,200
- Base hourly wage of €16.02 gross per hour, excluding shift bonuses
- 28% shift bonus for working up to 3 shifts — earn up to €22.21 per hour!
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment
- Full-time role of 33–40 hours per week
- 8.33% profit-sharing bonus on all hours worked
- Travel allowance for your commute
- Fresh food and sandwiches available daily in the canteen
- Training provided to help you get up to speed quickly but previous experience in a production or factory environment is important so you can keep up with the pace of the work.

- Physically fit and ready for active, physical work . You enjoy being on your feet and getting things done
- Proven experience working in a production or factory environment, so you can keep up with our fast pace and high standards
- Comfortable working rotating shifts (including nights)
- Able to communicate in English or Dutch
- Reliable transportation to Oosterhout (bike, car, or good walking shoes)
- Available for part-time or full-time work
- Preferably no long holidays planned this summer
- A real “go-getter” mindset: proactive, practical, and eager to tackle tasks head-on
- Motivated to learn and grow in a structured environment
