About the position
As a Factory Worker in the Liquid Ingredient Plant (LIP), you’ll work with liquid raw materials that are processed into high-quality flavor ingredients. Your main focus will be on tapping, inspecting, and preparing these products for internal transport or shipment. Precision, safety, and teamwork are key in this role.

- Tapping, filling, and packaging ingredients according to procedures
- Preparing products for internal transport or shipment with a reachtruck
- Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organized
- Identifying improvements and collaborating with your team
- Morning: 07:00 – 15:00
- Afternoon: 15:00 – 23:00
- Night: 23:00 – 07:00
What we offer
- Gross hourly wage: €17.91 (excluding shift allowance)
- 20.5% shift allowance on all hours worked in the 3-shift system
- 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, and a 13th month bonus
- Travel allowance: €0.21 per km (from 10 km)

- Opportunities to grow into a permanent contract and further specialization within IFF
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a production employee or operator
- Reachtruck experience is a plus (training possible if needed)
- Fulltime availability and willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation
- Good command of Dutch or English (minimum B1)
- Physically fit and comfortable handling products up to 23 kg and strong odors
