About the position
As a Forkloftdriver/ Heftruckchauffeur you’ll operate forklifts to ensure smooth production processes. You’ll handle tasks like packaging, and maintaining cleanliness in your workspace. Collaborating with your team, you’ll also perform quality checks and contribute to process improvements.
You’ll join a team of 11-20 colleagues who value knowledge-sharing and teamwork. An onboarding program will guide you through safety protocols and operational procedures. Regular team meetings ensure clear communication and a supportive work environment, coördinate youre (driving) role.
Generaly, staff at Rockwool working fulltime in 4- or 5- shifts.Shifttimes: 7.00 - 15.00, 15.00 - 23.00 and 23.00 - 7.00 am.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and dependable production worker with a keen eye for quality and safety.
- Experience in production/ logistics
- Willingnes to work in 4- or 5-shifts
- Willingness to work 8-hour shifts daily
- Forklift experience; certification support provided from Start People
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
