About the position
As a junior gardener, you will help create and maintain stunning outdoor spaces for clients in the region. The role combines hands-on craftsmanship with careful attention to detail, ensuring that each project reflects the client’s vision. Working within a collaborative team, you will use modern machinery and techniques to achieve high-quality results. This position offers a mix of landscaping, garden maintenance, and client interaction, making every day varied and rewarding.
What You Will Do:
- Landscaping: Carry out tasks such as paving, planting, and installing garden features to create functional and visually appealing outdoor spaces.
- Maintenance: Keep gardens in excellent condition through pruning, mowing, fertilizing, and general upkeep.
- Customer interaction: Listen to clients’ ideas and translate them into practical and creative solutions.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
- Machine operation: Operate modern, high-quality equipment provided by the company to enhance precision and efficiency in daily work.

- A salary between €2,451 and €3,200 per month.
- A temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
- A part-time role of 32–40 hours per week.
