About the position
As a logistics employee in the morning shift at GLS, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient processing of packages. Working in a dynamic and supportive environment, you’ll play an active role in ensuring that shipments are sorted, loaded, and delivered on time. This position is ideal if you enjoy staying physically active and being part of a team that values collaboration and precision.
What You Will Do:
- Unload: packages from incoming trucks and prepare them for sorting.
- Sort: packages accurately based on their destination to ensure timely delivery.
- Load: and stack packages into trucks for transportation to their next destination.
- Perform: physical tasks such as walking, standing, and lifting throughout your shift.
- Maintain: a clean and organized workspace by following safety and operational guidelines.

- Hourly salary of €14.80, excluding additional allowances.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Part-time role with fixed morning shifts (4:00-10:00).
- Allowances of 11.25% (4:00-5:00) and 8.75% (5:00-7:00).
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and reliable logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Proficient in Dutch and/or English communication.
- Physically fit for active tasks and lifting duties.
- Available Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM.
- Comfortable working in a cold warehouse setting.
- VMBO education level, preferably with logistics background.
