About the position
As a logistic employee at Geodis, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our international logistics processes. Working in a modern warehouse in Venlo, your role involves ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This is a physically active position where attention to detail and teamwork are key to meeting daily goals and maintaining high-quality standards.
What You Will Do:
- Pick and pack: collecting and carefully packing customer orders for shipment.
- Process goods: scanning and handling items using advanced computer systems.
- Perform quality checks: ensuring all orders meet the required standards before dispatch.
- Maintain safety: contributing to a clean and secure working environment.
- Collaborate: working closely with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented order picker who thrives in a dynamic logistics environment.
- Physically fit and comfortable with active, hands-on work
- Experience as order picker or warehouse worker is a plus
- Speaks Dutch or English fluently
- Reliable and precise in completing tasks
- Available for full-time work (32-40 hours per week)
