About the position
As a machine operator, you will contribute to the heart of Scheuten Glas's production process, ensuring the high-quality output of various glass types. You'll face the rewarding challenge of mastering diverse machinery and technology, resolving technical issues, and maintaining performance under time constraints. Your technical prowess, attention to detail, and team-oriented communication skills are key to excelling in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Operation: operate various processing machines, including the laminating line, adhering to set procedures and specifications.
- Quality control: monitor production quality and proactively address any deviations.
- Adjustments: independently set up and adjust machines for different production processes.
- Maintenance: perform preventive maintenance on machines to ensure continuous production flow.
- Collaboration: work with the team to achieve common goals and foster a positive work atmosphere.

- Guaranteed minimum monthly salary of €3058, inclusive of a 23% shift allowance.
