About the position
As an operator at Codi International BV, you will contribute to the smooth running of our modern production processes. Working with advanced machinery, you will transform raw materials into high-quality finished products. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can further develop your technical skills, supported by internal training and a collaborative team. You will also play a key role in ensuring our production lines meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
What You Will Do:
- Operate: independently operate and set up various machines within the production process.
- Adjust: reconfigure and fine-tune machines to accommodate different production lines.
- Inspect: conduct quality checks, identify deviations, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain: address first-line malfunctions, perform maintenance, or liaise with the technical team for support.
- Prepare: ensure raw materials are available on time and prepare production tasks efficiently.

- Salary between €15.50 and €18.60 per hour.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role of 40 hours per week.
- 20% shift allowance for working in a three-shift system.
- 25 vacation days and 13 additional leave days annually.
- Annual performance bonus based on company results.
- Workhours in shifts: 22:00-06:00/06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00
Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive operator with technical expertise to join our dynamic production team.
- Technical experience in a production environment.
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system.
- Proficiency in Dutch or English, both spoken and written.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
