About the position
As a pick & packer at UPS in Roermond, you will play a key role in ensuring our logistics processes run smoothly.
You’ll work in a dynamic environment where precision and teamwork are essential.
Using tools like electric pallet trucks and barcode scanners, you’ll handle (medical) products with care, ensuring they are processed and shipped accurately and on time.
Your attention to detail and ability to work with systems like SAP and WMS will help maintain the high standards our customers expect.
What You Will Do:
- Inspecting: performing quality checks on incoming goods to ensure they meet our standards.
- Processing orders: picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment with a focus on accuracy.
- Recording: accurately registering incoming and outgoing goods in our systems.
- Loading & unloading: operating electric pallet trucks and barcode scanners to handle goods efficiently.
- Collaborating: contributing to a positive and inclusive team atmosphere in a diverse work environment.

- Hourly salary: €14.80 - €15.40 gross.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- Work schedule: 32-40 hours per week.
- 25% shift allowance after 19:00.
- Travel reimbursement up to €9.47 per day.
- 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic logistics environment and values precision in their work.
- MBO 1 diploma or equivalent educational level.
- Experience in healthcare or logistics is a plus.
- Comfortable using electric pallet trucks and barcode scanners.
- Available to work day shifts with flexibility.
