About the position
As an upcoming operator in our Nourish division, you’ll be at the heart of the process that turns raw ingredients into high-quality powdered flavors. You’ll work side by side with colleagues to keep production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
What you’ll do:
- Weigh and prepare raw materials based on recipes
- Operate and monitor production machines
- Mix ingredients into flavor blends
- Pack finished products in bags (up to 23 kg)
- Prepare batches for shipment
- Keep your workspace safe, clean, and organized
Shift Schedule
- Morning: 07:00 – 15:00
- Afternoon: 15:00 – 23:00
- Night: 23:00 – 07:00
What we offer
- Hourly wage of €17.91 (excluding allowance)
- 20.5% shift allowance on all hours worked
- 13th-month salary, 25 vacation days, and 8.33% holiday allowance
- Travel allowance (€0.21 per km from 10 km one way)

Job Requirements
- Availability to work full-time in a 3-shift schedule
- 2+ years of experience in production or logistics
- Dutch or English language skills (B1 or higher)
- Physically able to lift bags up to 23 kg
- Reliable, accurate, and a strong team player
- Comfortable working with strong scents daily
