As a Production Employee in the Flex Pool at Mauser Benelux B.V., you play an important role in the production process. You will work in a dynamic production environment where accuracy, pace, and teamwork are essential.

- Tightening lids and caps on plastic drums
- Removing excess plastic from products
- Stacking and moving drums within the production area
- Performing quality checks
- Maintaining a safe and clean workplace
- Working together with colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly

- Gross hourly wage of €16.82
- 28% shift allowance on top of your hourly wage
- 3% end-of-year bonus
- Flexible working hours from 16 to 40 hours per week
- Travel allowance for commuting
- On-the-job training to help you learn the work
- Temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position
Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive production employee with a focus on quality and adaptability.
- Hands-on mindset and solution-oriented approach.
- Physically fit and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
- Willing to work flexibly in a 5-shift schedule.
- Proficient in Dutch and/or English (minimum B1 level).
