About the position
As a Production Worker at FrieslandCampina in Wolvega, you will play an important role in the production of high-quality cheese products. You will work in a dynamic environment where accuracy, teamwork and flexibility are essential. Thanks to your commitment and attention to detail, our products meet the highest quality standards.You will also have the opportunity to work with modern machines and technologies within an innovative and sustainable production facility.
Your tasks include:
- Packaging different types of cheese with attention to quality and detail.
- Assisting in cutting and preparing cheese products for shipment to customers.
- Working in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon and night shifts).
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
- Performing quality checks to ensure products meet all quality and safety standards.
What we offer
- Hourly wage of €17.13 gross, excluding shift allowances (30–40%).
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time job (32–40 hours per week).
- 8% holiday allowance and 5% end-of-year bonus.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (maximum €13.80 per day).

Job Requirements
- Experience in a production or food environment is an advantage.
- Able to work quickly and accurately with food products (cheese).
- Flexible and available for 3-shift work.
- Strong team spirit and good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety is a plus.
