About the position
As an operator, you will contribute to the production of sustainable raw materials for the agricultural industry in a modern and clean production environment. Working in a 3-shift system, you will ensure efficient production processes, maintain high hygiene standards, and consistently deliver quality products. With your technical expertise and proactive mindset, you will play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly while collaborating with a motivated team.
What You Will Do:
- Collecting: raw materials and preparing supplies for production.
- Setting up: and operating various machines, including process mixers.
- Monitoring: key parameters during production to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Operating: packaging machines in a cleanroom environment.
- Performing: quality checks by taking and submitting samples, and troubleshooting equipment issues when necessary.
What we offer
- A gross monthly salary between €4,125 and €4,375, including shift allowance and annual bonus, based on 40 hours per week.
- A permanent contract prospect in a full-time role.
- Work 38-40 hours per week in a 3-shift system.
- 25 paid vacation days per year plus 8.33% holiday allowance.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented operator with technical expertise and a strong sense of responsibility.
- MBO+ technical education and experience in food or chemical industries.
- Good command of the English language.
- Knowledge of protocols and hygienic standards; cleanroom experience is a plus.
- Technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
- Own accommodation and reliable transport.
