About the position
As a procesoperator, you will contribute to the seamless operation of European Aerosols' cutting-edge production lines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. You'll face the challenge of maintaining efficiency and precision in a dynamic environment, where your technical skills and proactive approach will be key. We're looking for someone with a hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within our team.
Responsibilities:
- Operation: oversee the smooth running of automated production lines and proactively troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Quality control: meticulously adjust machinery and add raw materials to guarantee the quality of our aerosol products.
- Supply management: ensure timely replenishment of labels, caps, and stickers to maintain production efficiency.
- Team collaboration: work closely with your colleagues to achieve the highest quality standards.
- Professional growth: leverage the flexibility of the five-shift system to seize opportunities for advancement within our organization.
