About the position
As a production worker at Mauser Benelux BV, you will contribute to the heart of our operations, ensuring the quality of our plastic packaging solutions. You'll tackle the key challenges of maintaining high-quality standards under time constraints and ensuring a safe working environment. We're looking for someone who is physically fit, has a keen eye for detail, and is adaptable within our 5-shift system. Your ability to work efficiently and your commitment to precision will be crucial in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Quality control: inspect all products meticulously, guaranteeing they meet our high standards before delivery.
- Assembly: securely and accurately attach components such as caps and lids to our products.
- Packaging: carefully pack and seal products in preparation for transport.
- Organization: ensure neat stacking and organization of barrels, ready for shipment.
- Maintenance: contribute to a clean and safe working environment by maintaining orderliness.

Job Requirements

- MBO 3/4 in Production or related field
- Experience in production valued, not essential

- Willing to work in 5-shift rotation
- Proficient in English or Dutch
