About the position
As a production worker, you will contribute to the critical operations of an international pharmaceutical company, ensuring the meticulous packaging and labeling of medical nutrition products. You'll face the challenge of maintaining precision and reliability in a dynamic team environment. Essential skills for this role include attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a 2-shift system, with proficiency in either English or Dutch.Responsibilities:
- Packaging: Ensure accurate packaging and labeling of medical nutrition cans, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Movement: Safely move and lift orders up to 13 kilograms, contributing to the efficient flow of production.
- Shift work: Adapt to a 2-shift schedule.
- Technology: Operate computer systems to print labels and perform scanning tasks, ensuring accurate tracking of products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with your team on a daily basis to facilitate smooth production operations and problem-solving.
What we offer
- Start with a competitive gross monthly salary of approximately €2,700.
- Temporary contract with prospects for extension and a minimum duration of one year.
- Full-time role, 36 to 40 hours per week, with fixed morning and afternoon shifts in a 2-shift system.
- Annual bonus of 8.33%, paid monthly, plus a holiday allowance of 8.33% paid in May.
