About the position
As a factory operator, you will be responsible for helping produce high-quality industrial packaging such as plastic drums and jerrycans.
Your day-to-day tasks may include:

- Assembling and sealing plastic containers;
- Checking for quality and defects;
- Preparing items for shipment (stacking and wrapping);
- Keeping your workstation tidy and safe;
- Reporting any minor issues or irregularities.
What we offer
- €16.02 gross per hour (excluding shift bonus);
- 28% extra for working in 5 shifts, paid per hour;
- 8.33% profit-sharing bonus on all hours worked;
- Travel allowance to and from work;
- Contract with future opportunity for a permanent position;
- Full-time availability (24–40 hours/week based on your preference);
- Training provided – no prior experience necessary;
- Fresh food available at work – enjoy daily sandwiches in the canteen.
Job Requirements
- You speak either English or Dutch well enough to communicate;
- You’re ready to work full-time and available for rotating shifts;
- You have reliable transportation to get to Oosterhout;
- You are eager to learn and want to grow in a structured environment.
